Cancelling your subscription

To cancel your my RewardsTM program subscription, please log in to www.CNBankerREWARDS.com and click on Card Settings. Then, click the Cancel My Enrollment link.

Your rewards account will remain active and any rewards points you have earned will remain there. Please allow 3 business days for processing.

Please note: Cancellation of your My Rewards™ Program subscription will cancel your access to the My Rewards™ Program benefits associated with your debit card.

It will be necessary to order you a new debit card. If you wish you will have 30 days to customize your new card by visiting our Debit Card Design Center at CNBank.com/DesignMyCard to select a gallery image, or upload your own photo. However, if no selection is made, on the 30th day we will order you the standard lake scene. Your current card will remain active until a new card arrives. Your new card will have a new card number, expiration date, and card verification value (CVV) - therefore, if you’ve set up direct debits or automatic payments using your old card number, be sure to update them with the new information.
